1 ¼ cup rolled oats

1 ripe banana

¼ cup peanut butter

1. Add oats to a food processor and blend until you get oat flour. Set 1/4 cup aside.
2. Add banana + peanut butter to the remaining oat flour and blend until you get a batter consistency.
3. Sprinkle reserved oats onto parchment paper, add your batter, and top with remaining oats.
4. Pat flat and roll into small cookie-like balls or use your favorite shape.
5. Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes or until slightly golden and dry on the edges.
