You know when you make something, devour it and then immediately feel like you should have used it in a different way!? Although this sorbet was AMAZING, I didn’t want it to end…. And kept thinking, this would have made a great summer cocktail, just top with champagne! Or, I should have put it on top of a grilled peach, drizzled with honey and topped with granola. 🤤 In my creative mind, sometimes it feels like it’s never enough! I keep wanting to DO MORE, Show more, make more and INSPIRE more!! One day, maybe I will have time to do ALL the things. For now, please know you can do so much for with this sorbet! 🫶🏼
