Vegan Creamy Pea Pesto Pasta

In a large pan, sauté any veggies or meat of your choice (chicken and shrimp would work well). Add 3 tablespoons of creamy cashew cheese and 1/2 cup pasta water. Add as much cashew cheese and pasta water as needed until you reach your desired consistency, as this may vary depending on the quantity of vegetables and/or meat. Add a tablespoon of pesto at a time, stir, taste, and adjust as needed. Add salt and pepper to your taste and enjoy! If serving to little ones, ensure noodles are cut appropriately to minimize choking risk.
